We believe in video because it's better for you to see for yourself and hear it from the chefs directly.  We definitely have our favorites but what suits my palette may not suit yours.  Our job is to show, so that you get the vibe of an establishment and the chef's philosophy directly from him/her.  We look at discovering food & wine as a way of discovering history, culture, stories, tall tales and adventure.  That's what the site is about.  A light hearted exploration of cool spots and the cool people behind them.  Cheers!
